Welcome to Conscious Lounge!

Conscious Lounge is a dance, media and performance space, focused on conscious hip hop, electronica and spoken word, as well as video and performance art. All events are free, although donations to the artist and the club are always welcome.

The dreaded “P” word: Ah yes, politics. As well as a place to relax, chill and meet like-minded folks, this space is designed to be a meeting place for the left, with and emphasis on movement building and horizontalism. Please refrain from going overly sectarian or hijacking the space for your group, party or grand master plan. Thanks. ^_^
