- I like good conversation and learning from the thoughtful reflections of others. My interests are group process and the future. I was an international process consultant / facilitator / mentor for many years, followed by 10 years as leader of an international NGO . I enjoy the creative opportunities of SL and the visionary people here. I want to learn with others how to apply my group experience(s) to fostering virtual collaboration in teams and non-profit organizations. I am looking for SL persons and spaces that will support that work.
